AN UNBIASED VIEW OF 4AGE 20V ITBS

It really does enable me a good deal! I don’t wish to ask an excessive amount of you but there’s a little something I didn’t have an understanding of away from E2. why am I alleged to get all over 1V on E2 when its wired into the ignition, which is 12.6V? Is there a cause why E2 has 2 fuses?I am not Great at outlining this similar to this Obv
